A short stage with reduced elevation gain that circles around the basin of Cava de’ Tirreni. From Varco della Foce, you descend along the ridge towards the sea, initially on a cart road, then on a path towards Monte San Liberatore. From here, you descend into the valley formed by the Bonea stream, which separates Cava de’ Tirreni from Vietri sul Mare. An ascent to the west leads to the village of Corpo di Cava.
