You enter the heart of the Sila Piccola territory with a medium-length stage and a slight elevation gain, predominantly in gentle descent, but always between 1100 and 1500 meters above sea level. It is a typically mountainous route, characterized by dense forests and very wild areas, connecting two important tourist resorts. Approximately halfway through the route, you cross the beautiful beech woods of the Roncino Forest, which is also home to the forest ranger station of the same name. Near Villaggio Buturo, hikers can find accommodation at the Pecora Nera inn.
