Hiking
A medium-length stage, but with significant elevation gain that reaches the path of the Sentiero Italia coming from Campania. From Bojano, the road is followed up to Civita Superiore, where the summit of Monte Crocella is circled while heading west towards Rifugio Sant’Egidio. From here, the route heads towards the summit of Monte Acerone before reaching Serra Tre Finestre, from which one descends to Campitello Matese.
