Hiking
A fairly short stage with an ascent, a pass, and a descent, with a positive elevation gain of about 800 meters. Starting from Palanfrè, the route retraces part of the previous stage. Then, turn right towards the northwest and continue to the plateau area of Gias Garbella. From here, head southwest to climb the Val Garbella and then, bending northwest, reach Costa Pianard, following it until Colle Della Garbella. This last stretch offers a remarkable view of the numerous peaks and surrounding valleys, a watershed between Val Grande and the Vallone del Bousset, and subsequently, the Vallone del Sabbione. The descent continues along the slopes of Monte Pianard until reaching Caire di Porcera. The path then enters Vallone Grande, which descends from Rocca d’Orel and becomes steep until the bottom, where it turns into a less steep road that quickly leads to the hamlet of Trinità di Entracque, home to a rest stop.
