SI G21

The Sentiero Italia continues its path towards the mountains around the city of Savona with a medium-length stage and minimal elevation change. From Giovo, the trail heads southwest towards the peaks of Bric Tamburo and Rocca Paciri. The route runs along the watershed between the valley formed by the Torrente Erro to the north and that formed by the Torrente Sansobbia to the south. With an undulating path, you reach Meugge, from where the final stage purely in the Apennines of the Sentiero Italia will begin.
