Baita CAI Erice

The Baita CAI Erice is a lodge managed by the CAI Section of Erice and Agro Ericino, owned by the Municipality of Erice (TP). The structure is located on the eastern slope of Monte Erice at 707 m, offering a panoramic position just 200 m from the Sentiero Italia CAI. The lodge has 15 beds, distributed across the "Grecale" room with 3 bunk beds, the "Scirocco" room with 6 bunk beds, and a dormitory with 6 beds in a sleeping arrangement, along with two bathrooms featuring showers and hot water. There is a welcoming area with a small themed library, a food warming area, and a spacious panoramic terrace equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, tables, and benches for moments of relaxation. The lodge is outfitted with electric heating, a pellet stove, hot water, and free Wi-Fi. The Baita CAI Erice is easily accessible by public transport. Its location is ideal for walks and nature excursions. To stay at the facility, it is necessary to be a CAI member.
