La Casa di Alma

La Casa di Alma is a guesthouse located in Roncobilaccio, in the municipality of Castiglione dei Pepoli (BO). Its location places it at the heart of some of the most popular hiking trails in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It is indeed 5 km from the Futa Pass and 8 km from the town of Castiglione dei Pepoli, which features numerous well-known paths in Italy, such as the Via degli Dei and the Via della Lana e della Seta. The accommodation offers 4 fully furnished rooms with various types of beds, one bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Outside, in the surrounding woods, there is Ca' de Chairoli, a typical natural wood structure dedicated to backpackers, featuring a designated area for dining comfortably and enjoying stunning sunsets in the beautiful Gambellato River Valley. There's also the option for tent accommodation in a gardensharing area with a dedicated bathroom. Our facility offers our hiking guest a transfer service to and from the Futa Pass, which is a stop on the Sentiero Italia. The hospitality at La Casa di Alma is complemented by the availability of restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, and bars located within 800 meters, where you can enjoy traditional dishes from our Apennines.
