Villa San Pio X

The holiday home Villa San Pio X (1620 m) in Carezza, is located in the municipality of Nova Levante (BZ), in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a spectacular position to admire the "enrosadira" of Catinaccio and Latemar. Villa San Pio X is at the base of the Paolina ski lift and is a 20-minute walk from Lake Carezza, one of Italy's 10 natural wonders. From the property, you can set off on numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty (Croce del Latemar, Labyrinth Trail, Passo Coronelle, Passo Vajolon, …) and via ferratas (Roda di Vaèl, Masarè, Santner, Antermoia, the towers of Vajolet, and the Catinaccio circuit, …). In Carezza, you can book alpine guides for via ferratas and rent bicycles. Villa San Pio X has 45 beds, a Covid protocol, and online guest registration. Hot showers, breakfast, and dinner are available. Packed lunches, washing machine, bed linens, and towels are provided at an additional cost. Reservation is required to access the facility due to high demand.
