Hiking
From the San Pellegrino Pass (1918 m), you enter the majestic Marmolada group. With the imposing west face of Mount Civetta in the background, you traverse the undulating dirt road leading to the Fuciade basin, characterized by numerous tabià, typical mountain huts. From the Fuciade Hut (1972 m), the route continues ascending through pastures and scree in the Val de la Tascia, located behind Cima Uomo. You reach the Pas de le Cirele (2682 m), where, beyond the Sas Vernale, the view opens up to the spectacular south face of the Marmolada. The descent meanders through the barren head of the Val de le Cirele until reaching the green plateaus at the foot of the Cima Ombretta walls. After passing these, you arrive at the wide meadows where Malga Contrin is located and, shortly after, the Contrin Hut (2016 m).
