From the Puez mountain group to the Sella massif, this stage has intermediate length and elevation gain, descending into Val Badia before climbing up towards the Veneto border. From Rif. Purez, take path n°2 to reach Forcella Ciampai and then descend along path n°4 through a beautiful valley filled with alpine stars until you reach the village of Colfosco, where the ascent begins again, sometimes through the woods and sometimes along the ski slopes, until reaching Rifugio Kostner at the base of the towers of Sasso delle Nove and Sasso delle Dieci.
