Hiking
From the Creva dam, take the Sentiero degli Alpini of the ANA (National Alpine Association) which, after crossing the Tresa River via a small bridge at the base of the dam, ascends the left side of the valley until it reaches the paved road leading to the village of Biviglione (360m). Here, take a steep path to the right that climbs to the Pineta Alta di Montegrino, where you will find trenches and structures from the Cadorna Line, built during World War I. Continuing along the Sentiero degli Alpini, you will reach the summit of Monte Sette Termini (975m), from which you descend towards Colle della Nave (810m) via the now-paved military road, cutting some hairpin bends along the path. You will then proceed along the north slope of Monte la Nave until you reach the Church of San Paolo (840m), situated with a panoramic view over Lake Lugano, from where you can quickly descend to Marchirolo.
