Hiking
After many stages spent at high altitude, with a short route and a descent exclusively downhill, we return to the plains at Quincinetto along the Dora Baltea. The path continues along the slopes carved by the carriage road, crossing it at various points and cutting through its hairpin bends. From the pastures of the Scalaro basin, we enter a particularly steep wooded area with a lovely view of the landscapes bordered by Mombarone and the Serra di Ivrea on the opposite side of the Dora Baltea.
