Attualmente non è presente segnaletica SICAI. Seguire quella delle AV1 e AV2. In periodo tardo primaverile inizio estate, prestare attenzione ai versanti esposti a NORD che potrebbero presentare ancora neve e quindi potenzialemente pericolosi.

With a moderately long stage and little elevation gain, you reach Courmayeur along a route characterized by breathtaking views of the southern face of Mont Blanc. From the Elisabetta Refuge, descend to Lake Combal, where you leave the Val Veny road to head towards the village of Arp Vieille Inferiore, climbing the right-hand slope until you reach about 2400 meters. From here, continue at a gradual slope along the valley side, facing the glaciers of Miage, Brouillard, and Freney until you reach the ski slopes, descending to the town of Courmayeur.
