SI G09

A short stage characterized by a gentle elevation change with ups and downs. From the South Ventarola Pass, you descend to the North Ventarola Pass, passing near the peaks of Monte Rondonara and Monte Roncazi at around 1000 meters above sea level. Climbing up, you reach the summit of Monte della Scavizzola at 1125 meters, then descend to Bric dell’Arietta and continue to the road pass of Passo della Scoglina. The final ascent leads to the village of Barbagelata, home to the refuge of the same name for overnight stays. We are at the crossroads of Val d’Aveto, Valle Sturla, and Val Trebbia, in the municipality of Lorsica.
