Hiking
With a relatively short stage and a medium elevation gain, we ascend to the pass that separates the high Arroscia Valley from the valley of the Tanarello Stream. From Colle di Nava, the trail heads west until it intersects with the carriage road to Monesi, which is followed for some short stretches, alternating with paths that run parallel to it. There are small ups and downs, and finally, we reach the settlement of San Bernardo di Mendatica, a crossroads of three drivable roads.
