From Equi Terme (250 m), we take trail no. 176 that follows the Torrente Lucido di Ulignano until the route begins to steeply ascend the western slope of Monte Cerasoli, reaching Ugliancaldo (756 m); now, heading north, we take a stretch of paved road until we intersect on the right with trail no. 181 at Monticello (738 m). We take this trail and descend to Poggio del Borro (695 m), continuing until we reach Pieve San Lorenzo (350 m); from here, continuing on trail no. 12 Trekking Lunigiana, we arrive at Casola in Lunigiana (328 m). Here, we take trail no. 11 Trekking Lunigiana, pass through the village of La Madonna, and continue on the path which, after about 300 m, runs alongside the road. Shortly after, as we ascend, we find an intersection where we take the trail on the left that, always running parallel to the road, descends to Vigneta. From here, we leave the TL for a few hundred meters due to dense vegetation, continuing on the road (Sentiero dei Ducati SD), arriving at Castiglioncello (528 m), where we reconnect with the TL; after about 600 m, we take the trail on the right that climbs and continues along the hillside, arriving at Regnano Villa (655 m), where we will have accommodation options.
