Prato di Campoli – Certosa di Trisulti With a medium-length stage and minimal elevation change, the route continues through the territory of the Ernici Mountains at the base of the ridge where the main peaks rise just above 2000 meters above sea level. From the Prato di Campoli Refuge, the trail ascends through dense forests towards the Femminamorta Valley, then traverses northwest at the foot of Monte Ginepro. Descending, you reach the bottom of the Valle Fiume, from where you climb up to the Certosa di Trisulti, a Benedictine abbey founded by San Domenico di Sora in 996 AD.
