La tappa è percorribile solo fino a Micigliano. Il tratto tra Micigliano e Rif. Angelo Sebastiani è impraticabile a causa di una valanga caduta in zona Fonte Sant'Angelo. In attesa del ripristino, per raggiungere il Rif. Angelo Sebastiani è possibile seguire la strada forestale Micigliano - Terminillo che corre lungo il versante SUD del Monte Valloni. La strada è percorribile a piedi nonostante qualche albero caduto facilmente aggirabile. Si consiglia comunque sempre grande attenzione e l'uso di un GPS.

With this moderately long stage and significant elevation gain, the Sentiero Italia rises again just below the summit of Monte Terminillo, the so-called "mountain of Rome" due to its proximity to the capital and its popularity among local sports enthusiasts. The first stretch is flat, following the Velino valley to the base of Colle Frontino, where the southern slope is traversed before ascending towards the village of Micigliano. Turning west, the trail traverses the southern slope of Monte Valloni along a hillside path, passing by Fonte Coperta and Fonte Sant’Angelo, and then climbs the slopes of Monte Rotondo until reaching the scenic road of Terminillo, not far from the Sebastiani refuge.
