From Piazza VII Aprile in Leonessa, descend along a stairway towards SP10 (Turistica del Terminillo). From here, take the marked trail heading east, which is fairly flat, leading to the villages of Piedelpoggio, Villa Immagine, San Clemente, and Cumulata. At the last village, continue north on a paved road, gently uphill, until reaching the village of Viesci. From Viesci, the route continues east on a dirt road until it intersects with the paved road, which ascends slightly to the final stop at the village of San Vito.
