N.B. 30/06/2021 Sul sentiero 300, in prossimità delle località Casale e Rocchetta, sono stati segnalati problemi di vegetazione a bordo sentiero molto rigogliosa. Nell’attesa che le sezioni CAI competenti effettuino lo sfalcio, si consiglia di prestare massima attenzione e l’utilizzo di un GPS. Inoltre, si segnala che per motivi legati all'emergenza COVID-19, il punto di accoglienza "La Casa della Montagna" di Amatrice non sarà disponibile fino a data da aggiornarsi

The final stage in Lazio, of medium length and elevation gain, connects the two locations most affected by the 2016 earthquake. It departs from Amatrice heading north along the banks of the Tronto River until reaching the confluence with the Scandarello Stream coming from the dam, where it turns east, passing through the hamlets of Rocchetta, Capovilla, Cossito, Collalto, and San Tommaso. From here, it descends back to the banks of the Tronto River, crossing it before ascending to Accumoli, continuing on to Madonna delle Coste where it joins the stretch of the Sentiero Italia coming from Abruzzo.
