Hiking
On this medium-length stage with a descent only, we leave Abruzzo along a scenic ridge. From Ceppo, we follow the watershed northward, passing by Monte Ceraso and continuing to Monte la Morra. After carving a wide 'S', we leave the main ridge and descend along the northwest-facing slope until we reach the village of Moricce. Here, we descend for a short stretch crossing the Castellano stream, which marks the boundary between Marche and Abruzzo, and continue on to San Martino.
