Hiking
A medium-length stage with a notable elevation gain, heading west past the ancient crater of Vulture and ending in the town of Melfi. Starting from Venosa, the trail descends into the valley formed by one of the tributary streams of the artificial reservoir of Rendino and rises to a saddle where several wind turbines are located. Following that, it descends again to cross the Fiumara Arcidiacona, before climbing again towards Rapolla, right beneath Vulture, leading to a final stretch that takes you to Melfi.
