A moderate-length stage with limited elevation gain that rises from the Tavoliere plain and ventures into the Daunia Mountains, which border the Irpinia plateau to the east. From Candela, we descend to reach the Carapelle stream, which we follow on flat terrain until the base of the first elevations that we climb in the direction of the village of Sant'Agata di Puglia. From this panoramic town, where one can enjoy a stunning view from Vulture to the Gulf of Manfredonia, we descend into the valley at the foot of Monte Serbaroli before climbing up to Accadia.
