Hiking
A short stage that is mostly downhill, retracing the main path that leads from the village of Piaggine to the Cervati refuge. It traverses some of the highest and most beautiful areas of Cilento, featuring karst landscapes. From the refuge, a brief ascent leads to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Cervato and to the cave of the same name below, a karst sinkhole characterized by the perpetual presence of snow. Afterwards, a long descent takes you back to the village of Piaggine, where accommodation facilities are available.
