This stage takes you from the Cilento, Vallo di Diano, and Alburni National Park towards the Regional Park of the Picentini Mountains. The first few kilometers are downhill in the suburban area of Sicignano before you take a series of secondary roads that traverse countryside interspersed with forests. After crossing the Vonghia stream, you continue on a rural road that leads to the village of Contursi Terme, where you can reach the central Piazza Garibaldi through the narrow streets of its historic center.
