Hiking
From the town of Contursi, you continue along the Via delle Terme, first passing through the ancient village and reaching an initial viewpoint terrace (a splendid observation point over the underlying valley and the surrounding mountain ranges). You then descend along a beautiful mule track surrounded by a dense forest of pines, arriving at the area of Mefita, known for its sulfuric water springs (a source of healing water). After crossing the Sele River, you begin to climb again towards Senerchia, at the foot of the steep slopes of Monte Boscotiello.
