Hiking
A medium-length transfer with a total descent through the Valle Caudina between the Monti del Partenio and the Taburno massif. The first half of the route descends along trails and dirt roads until reaching the town of San Martino Valle Caudina, from where a flat second half begins, mainly crossing urban and peri-urban areas. The historic center of Montesarchio, with the castle perched on the hill overlooking the town, is worth a stop. After a few kilometers along country roads, you arrive in Bucciano, where you can spend the night.
