Hiking
With a moderately long stage and a considerable elevation change, we delve into the fascinating Taburno Camposauro massif, an isolated limestone mountain group in the Campanian Apennines, with its highest peaks reaching nearly 1400 meters above sea level. Starting from the village of Bucciano, the trail immediately ascends along paths leading to Monte Taburno, whose summit is circumnavigated to continue along a series of ups and downs that run alongside other heights of the massif before descending towards the beautiful tectonic depression of the Piana di Prata. The endpoint of the stage is located in this small valley that separates Taburno from Camposauro, where there is a equipped area.
