With a short stage and intermediate elevation gain, the trail ascends the foothills of the Monti Lattari, reaching a saddle that overlooks the Amalfi Coast. From Corpo di Cava, the route heads south, passing by the Capodacqua spring while skirting the summit of Colonnello. Here, it turns west, passing at the foot of Monte Demanio, going by the Acquafredda spring, and quickly arriving at Avvocata.
