From the village of Torre di Ruggiero, the route ascends on pavement until reaching the "Limini" area, then continues along the ridge near Monte Sant' Agnese. The path goes on to Monte Pizzinni, the highest point of the stage, and after crossing a wind farm, you arrive at the locality "Serra di Pintauro." The trail proceeds first with a gentle ascent, then descends sharply, following a track through a beech forest that leads, passing through the locality "Acero," to the village of San Vito sullo Ionio.
