SI V09

A medium-length stage with a gentle elevation gain that rises back to 1000 meters above sea level towards the end. From Piana degli Albanesi, the route heads east, passing near the shore of the artificial lake until reaching the area close to Santa Cristina di Gela. After crossing one of the lake's tributaries, the trail begins to ascend towards Monte Leardo, then skirts around Monte Rossella until reaching the farmhouse of the same name. Here, there is a comfortable agriturismo for overnight stays.
