This medium-length stage with modest elevation change marks the entry into the second protected area of the Sentiero Italia in Sicily. Starting from Masseria Rossella, the route descends to cross the state road from Corleone to Agrigento. Here begins the territory of the Nature Reserve of Bosco di Ficuzza, which will be traversed extensively from north to south. The path ascends, passing by some typical gorges, the ponds formed by winter rains, until reaching the vicinity of Torre del Bosco at 963 meters before descending to the village of Ficuzza.
