Another medium-length stage, but with a limited elevation gain, traversing the entire Peloritano ridge towards the northeast. From the Postoleoni refuge, the route returns to follow the watershed between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian sides of Messina, touching on Pizzo Ciponna and subsequently Pizzo Acqua Bianca. With a continuous up-and-down pattern, we reach Pizzo Croce at an altitude of 1220 meters, then proceed to Pizzo Spilingari at 1233 meters, from where we descend, circumventing the summit of Pizzo di Frinzi at 1210 meters until we reach Piano Margi, just below 900 meters in elevation.
